SOLVED Pentium/Celery on-die diode temp reading

Any ideas in what range the diode is accurate? Mine seems to give erratic readings when it goes below 18 or 19 Celsius. It would post readings ways below 0 and other number which are obviously incorrect. Works perfectly at 20 and up.
 
Since it's on-die, it's probably right on. It's probably your motherboard/chipset that can't read them properly
 
So, people with peltiers use internal diode too? Their temperatures drop way below freezing, yet the same diode can read up to 80C or so, that it a very very large operating range for a diode to be accurate in, especially with only +/- 1C error as the white sheet states. They don't state the operating range though, and that's what I'm really looking for.
