More Cooling....

I have an AMD 1.2 running at 1380 mhz...on an asus board i have a thermalright hs with a delta 38 fan...plus 3 other fans circulating air and a fan on top of case removing hot air....but i cant seem to get my temps below 43c idle for the cpu...is there any more i can do to lower my temps without a major overhaul with my cooling systems. The Ambient temps have been a bit warm here lately but seems to me i could be a little cooler...please help.
