Which Socket 754 board?

Ok I originally had an Asus KV8 Deluxe board until it killed the SATA controller during overclocking. Now I was wanting an Asus K8N-E Deluxe board but they aren't even out yet. ZipZoomFly showed them as gonna be in stock today but now it's July 25th. Well I'm tired of waiting. What is a good A64 board that has an AGP/PCI lock, that is either the Nvidia 3 250GB or the VIA K8T800 Pro with working lock. I was wondering about the Gigabyte, MSI, Abit, Chaintech, or anyothers that are out there and instock somewhere.

Thanks Jason
