n/b strap

What does this do ever time i set it up blame system locks. what is it and what am i doing wrong.Dam i just got my AI7 and man this thing has a lot of bios option that my gigabyte ipe1000 just didnt have once i figure all this out ill be sailing.Right now i am @3.3ghz frist night .in a day or so ill go up a few ghz.Slowly bring it up to aleast i hope to 3.6 or 3.7.

its 800 or cpu spd

My Max3 can strap at 800, 533 and 400. Not sure what it does though.

its the fsb of the cpu.
you can set it to others to get odd memory dividers.
ones that run the memory asynch higher than the cpu fsb dont work with the 875 mobos.

i think a few 865 mobos can tho.
