Autorun not working

Autorun is not working on my cd-rw but it works fine on another cd-rom, I did do a search online but all I found was if autorun was totaly off and I didn't find what they told me to look for.This happens everytime I have a fresh install done and usually fixes itself but this time it didn' and it's getting kind of annoying, so how can I fix it.

the same thing happened on my old computer i just kinda got used to it. but it finally stopped when i got a new computer. not saying that there isnt an easy way to do it just really quite annouying. but youll get used to it if you cant fix it.
