I'll add that anyway.

Thanks.

deathstar13, the KHX4000 I've seen was indeed holding Sammies chips, but I'll the D43 just in case.
about the Vitesta Pc4k my friend took off the heatspreader and we saw a D43 I should have a pic somewhere, I can look for it if you want
I'll add might be D5. Thanks.

I was talking about the xms3000c2. Are you talking about the xms3200c2? I didn't see the 3000 on your list.

Edit:
Quoting Ram Guy from Corsairs forum:
When we first released this module they were indeed Samsung -6 Rev C. However with later revisions we used Winbond -6 Rev B IC's.
End quote

So xms3000c2v1.1 is Samsung -6 Rev C (aka TCB3, correct me if I'm wrong)
and later versions are BH-6

in regards to the kingston:

D328DW-45
D328DW-50
D328DW-60

so what you are saying is that this doesn't need to be on hyperx, say there value ram is labeled that, does that mean it will still be the corresponding relabelled chips?

i think i may have just found a hoard of bh-5 if that is the case.....

I have seen pictures of valueram with these chips on them. They are the same chips used by Kingston in their KHX, just without heatspreaders.

If this is what you found, then lie, cheat, steal, or whatever else you have to do to snag this stuff. It is still some of the best around.

Mushkin ran out of CH-5. The new 3200 level 1 have Mosel chips.

OCZ PC3700 Gold Rev 2 - ProMos (Mosel)
Mushkin PC4000 - Hynix D5
I see you have Mushkin PC3200 LvII showing both BH-5 and BH-6. I'm pretty sure all legit (not retailers advertised mistakes) Level II is BH-5, and PC3200 Special (which NewEgg mistakenly advertised as Level II) is BH-6. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

After peeling off the heatspreaders of my newly aquired 512mb sticks Kingmax PC4000 TSOP, they are using Hynix D5. Might be worthwhile to add this to the list.

OK guys, list is updated.
Thanks alot for taking part in this

KrisMCool, the Mushkin 2-2-2 Special is indeed BH-6.
About the Lvl2 it's supposed to be BH-5, but after the lack of BH-5s they made a very little batch with primo BH-6s that's what I heard. I'd be happy if some1 can confirm that.

Suma.

I found this interesting. Centon branded ram (found at CC & CompUSA) PC4000 shown with Hynix D5 chips. It is a little hard, but look at the side without label, 2nd chip from the left is the easiest to read.
