Could be. There's another thread around here and folks say it's the northbridge on the motherboard. I am inclined to believe it since I can get up to like 250fsb with single channel ram. But I could be wrong.
But some 3200LL sounds like what you need. You'll not be getting past 200 fsb in any event--unless you're REALLY lucky.
wheat read again... u always have problem reading posts... i was answering cursor... replying to his post and it depends on what kind of 2.8's u use... maybe ur one of the lucky ones... 2.4 usually hits 3.6 when water cooled.
