L12 Help

Does anyone know any sites that show you how to do the l12? Are the gains worth the effort? THanks and of course, all help and comments are appreciated.

Note that the mod in 1st link didn't work for me unless the parralel wire (ah28 to ah30) is shifted 1 hole down so the both wires share one hole. ( I found it on some other site, lost the link).
So it makes 200mhz fsb_sense for my 133Mhz 2500 barton.
