I am currently using MBM5, and I was wondering if there were anyother programs out there like that, that are a little more accurate especially when it comes to Voltages...

most programs like that are going to use the motherboard temp reading to get its temps, thus they will generally all be the same. My buddy installed a temp gauge on his proc, but it reduces cooling cause it messes with contact. I would say there are a few that are like MBM5, but I like it the best.

Speedfan, simple to use. Not as kewl as MBM5 though, even though there is no more dev on the MBM.

Hmonitor. I think it requires you to purchase it after a while though :-/
Speedfan work well, but it reports too many temperatures, and in some cases you don't really know which is which. You can figure it out though. I'd say stick with MBM5
