RMA's at Newegg

I sent an RMA to newegg, my mobile was DOA after two days, and it wasn't oced. I had to pump 1.8 volts to get the default speed. Anyway, they emailed me saying they had recieved it but not opend the package yesterday. How long do you guys think it will take it get my replacement mobile?

I just rma'd a hard drive to them, it took 2 business days for them to ship my order after they received it, so probably Tuesday or Wednesday including return shipping time.

after they recceive it it is usually shipped out within 48hrs
