Asus K8V or Nforce 3 250?

Which motherboard would be the best for my Athlon 64 3200+, 1 GB PC-3200 RAM, and Geforce FX 5600 Ultra (soon to be Geforce 6800GT)?

Is the Nforce 3 250 even out yet?

I am not set on either of these motherboards, if there are other mobos that are good for this system out there, please bring them to my attention.

Also, what case/psu should I get? CGW says that the TAC-TO1-E1C is their choice for $150 but I am looking for other opinions. I am not even sure if that case comes with a PSU either.

My machine is going to be for pure gaming and basic applications such as microsoft word.

Thanks a lot.
