Finding the bottleneck

After messing about my puter I ruled out everything as my OC bottleneck except my mobo and my CPU, how do I find which one is holding me back? The rig I'm talking about is the one on my sig

To be honest, I don't see any bottleneck, that's just about the right speed for that chip.
If you want more, you'll probably need to go watercooling and start pumping some major voltage into the CPU, which I don't recommend.
