safe temp for 5900 ultra @ 5950?

Ok, I have read many posts concerning the temperature of this card but haven't yet found out the max safe temp. for this card. Some say it can go to 140c and it is safe...yea...right... Does any one have any actual idea of the limit that this card can go without hurting it? I have overclocked this card to 500 core and 1ghz memory and I know it can go much further. My load temp right now is ~60c.

when i had my old 5900ultra flashed as a 5950 it never went above 50*c load (i had the leadtek encased in aluminium edition and a vantec pci fan card to cool it), so 60*c sounds fine to me

Well i don't have an ultra, but it got up to clos to 70c and it is still fine. However, if it ever reached 70c it automatically stopped anny 3d application. Now since I have flashed it runs much cooler- around 42 c. 60c is definitely safe enough.
