I just want a quick short response if possible. Ok im getting really high idle temps with my 2500+ and it is currently at stock speeds at 1.650volts, if i were to lower my cpu voltage to 1.632 wich is the lowest my mobo will allow will this lower my temps????

Not drastically. 0.025 volts is not the cause of your problem.
You may not have installed the heatsink properly, or your mobo sensors are off.

What's your case temp, maybe it's the summer heat and no internal circulation?
