Help dunno wuts wrong (probaly spyware related)


i think there is alot of spyware on my comp
but when i run spybot or adaware it catches it n removes it but they keep coming back...
i dont know wut to do with that
and also wen i ctrl-alt-delete
this is wut i see

i dont have a border around my window thingy n the bottom is blank?
anybody know wuts the deal with that?
any help greatly appreciated
