Highest OC achieved for C0 Revision?

I have a C0 revision A64 3000+. What kind of overclockability should I expect on stock cooling?

push it and see

but I hve heard of peple crossing the 2.5ghz mark on stock cooling

I personally have discovered that my cu is not very good and needs better cooling
eg. above 2200 I cant be prime stable because of heat

I have heard of people getting those kind of results too. But they all had CG revisions.

2.3 GHz is about the norm. The 3400+ C0's seem to do especially well, though.

What voltage would i need for 2.3? Will H2O Cooling give me a little more OC?

i used stock volts to reach ~2.35. But mine is a CO 3200. WC will almost always give you more OC over Air.
