K8V SE not even a post

Anyone know how to set up a 64bit Asus board?

Totally new to 64 bit,My first power up and everyone after gives me an audible warning,"System failed due to cpu overclocking" oh yeh no vga signal either, and since I cant see I cant get into bios to see whats up?Any ideas? anybody?

Did you try popping out the CMOS and resetting it? Also make sure that you have the additional power cable attached to the mobo.
