What's the (dis)advantages of intake>outtake or out>in?

From my understanding have a greater intake creates positive pressure in the case. (And visa-versa having greater outtakes causes negative pressure) Having positive pressure can help keep dust out, but you may lose a couple degrees. Having negative pressure is slightly more efficient, but can cause more dust buildup.

This is the great negative vs positive case pressure agruement. Might also do a few searches if you want to know more.

Closest to neutral is best so that all fans are working together. There are no considerable advantages to either however, and what works best for your particular configuration can only be known by trying different fan placements/directions.

This is a discussion that has been batted around many times, and there are more details available around the forums - but despite what some experience, your results will vary in your system.
