Worth to try? Need some advices!!!!!

Here is my rig:
Abit NF7 v.2
XP-M 2600+
running at 11 x 225 ( for now untill my new PS arrive)
512MB Corsiar 3200 MB 400 (Cas 2.5) => 2.5-3-3-11

This board has no mod on it accept i have HS on mosfet and SB (voltage remain the same even with HS on it ).
I think I hit the wall at 230 and I'm using abit d.24 (stock ?).
Here is my main question:
Do you experts think that if I use different bio (modded ?). Would it give me more FBS without doing the L12 mod?
If it does give me more. Which bio version I should get ?

I'm asking here because I just want some advices before doing this stuff. I dont really wanna screw up the bio thing, it is a headache .

i have the exact same setup as you, exept im running a gig of OCZ EB platinum and im sitting at 230 stable using tictac's d10 beta 4 turbo.... great bios, just makesure your not overclocked when you flash...

it got me from 227 to 230. stable. thats my mem's max i think. at 3 volts...

I heard Trat d24 is good for Nf7 v.2. Is that correct? Correct me if I'm wrong .

Oh one more thing, has anyone been hit 240 using mod Bio without doing L12 mod?
