Inspired by this, I've decided to power-mod my 9600, adding extra juice is alway good, right?
But how exactly do I do it, my PCB layout is not the same as a 9600Pro. Here are some pics
Ignore the chip lables, that was for my previous VGPU mod.
As you can see, I have 2 power connector thingy in the corner of the L-shaped mem chips. And each has 4 pins. I assume adding some extra power will equate higher stability and so on.
Anyone know how to do this mod? Do I connect 2 of those
to the PCB?
