monitor 0-2/5v

I need to find something that will give me real world time monitoring abilities of 0v to really just 1.10v but as long as it read like that (.01-.99v) it will be good. Preferebly backlit and very compact.
If anybody knows of any products or something I can make by going to my radio shack.

Are you just trying to read voltages? A digital multimeter would work. They give the voltage real time.

yeah but I want something smaller and can be mounted semi-permanetly on a surface.
