would this cool better then stock?

Right now i have a PNY5900NU > 5950U. I'd like to get some extra cooling, but this is all i could find on Newegg. Would this cool better then a stock fan? Or does anyone have links to other sites that have a wider selection of video card cooling. I am not looking for any water cooling either lol i can't afford that atm.

Well, I don't know about the product you linked too, but if I were you, I would wait until the NV silencers come out. I think the rev 3.0 would work for you, and by all acounts these are the best of the best.
