Best Ic7 Max 3 Bios??

ok i have the 14 bios, i need to upgrade which bios is best the 14/15/16??? i am o/cing too see sig for settings.

so which one? i ahve heard 15 i very good, that good

I have an IC7-G but overall everywhere I go I notice that most of the high overclocks with the MAX3 have the v15 bios that's for sure.

16 is also good though
