Looking for a bay res (and bleeding question)

I'm looking for a bayres like the DangerDen ones. Either the 5.1/4" single height one with 2 inlets + 2 outlets, or the double height one with 6 holes.
I tried many European shops - got no success (the very few shops that had them referenced, were out of stock).
So i'll take any shop in EU or any shop in USA that ships to international. It has to be in stock of course
(edit) Also if anyone has a single bayres, how long/difficult is air bleeding ?
