cant enable smartgart

cant enable smartgart
My drivers for 9600xt are catalyst 3.7 I upgraded to windows xp pro from windows 2000 pro and now it says smartgart is off and fast write is off i put agp to 8x and reset but it still says its off after restarting Whats going on?!  Edit: Nevermind got it fixed
