Bios flash for video card, HELP

I need to know how to flash the bios on my video card without using a floppy drive. I have a RADEON 9600se, and yea i know it kinda sucks, but i want to get the most i can out of it. I was wondering if i can flash the bios to make it faster, and would it be worth doing. It has passive cooling which i know will make it tricky, but i wanna squeeze every FPS i can out of it, so any helpful ideas on how to do that are welcome. It runs DOOM 3 ok, with no problems and a decent framerate, so its not that bad right now, but i wanna make it better. Please Help Me.....

i don't think you can flash a 9600SE to anything better...
