OmniHTTPd Pro or Xitami are excellent free web servers in my opinion. I've used them both and found them easy to use and support anything you would want them for.

Not sure about an email server, though. Check ServerWatch.com for email server. Doubt you're going to find a totally free one there, however. Plenty of trial versions to choose from.

Have you ever considered Linux for this? Can't beat the low low price of free!

Omni Httpd is an excellent free webserver, very stable and pretty fast with cgi scripting, I have my dually running Omni for my home page and a motorcycle related forum scripted in Perl.
There is a free mail server called Mercury Mail you can find it at www.pmail.com hope this info helps you.

Hey Agent,
I just read your reply, I was using the Mercury program for e-mail but I couldn't get it configured to work with the autosending e-mail script on the forum I'm trying to run. I did alot of searching and the easiest and cheapest I have found is the Argosoft Pro version, you can download a fully operating version for trial but you have to restart it every 2 hours. I registered mine because I liked it and it's very stable for me. It is a smtp and pop server and users can get their mail from the web also. If you want to see the login interface to mine you can see it here If you have any more questions you can email me at nutndun@nutndun.com
