Ga-7Vax ... agp lock???

The Via KT400 chipset does not have an AGP or PCI lock. Anything over 166 FSB will start to raise the AGP and PCI bus speeds over spec.

I don't know the average speed that KT400 users have been able to reach. I was able to run my 8K3A+ to 209 with a 1/5 divisor. I wouldn't have been able to use a Radeon video card at that speed though.

Im looking at this board with a 2400+ unlocked for a buddy, and hes got a 9200se radeon.. from what I understand the atis dont like speed to be messed with.. should I forgo this one for an nforce2 with agp lock?

For overclocking, the Nforce would be a better choice. Especially when using a Radeon video card.
