i start my secound, new job tommorow

im so nervous!!!

it'll be at a computer shop (not a chain) and ya selling stuff upgrading stuff install software

im nervous that i dont know my stuff


can anyone boost my confidence?

You will be fine, if you have got the job then I'm sure your employers are confident that you know what you are doing

Remember: if in doubt, ask. At least for the first couple weeks.

I also start my new job.....
Sophmore year of highschool and football afterschool.

Im sure you will do fine. Just dont do anything stupid on the first day and you should be fine .

dude all you need to know, is that you need to be very helpful, and dont act like a know it all, but at least act like you know something, and dont be afraid to admit that you dont know something


and also, if you have an irate customer, just pull out the tranq and shoot em and drag em out and put them on the curb! J/K

but realy, if you have that problem, just kindly ask them to leave if they persist

When dealing with difficult customers, be polite, and don't ever raise your voice if they raise theirs at you. If they start shouting either continue to speak at your normal voice volume and wait until they calm down. Shouting at them will make it worse. If they get out of hand, ferch your supervisor/manager.
