AN35-Ultra 400-Ultra vs.ASUS A7N8X Deluxe???

i will be purchasing a Athlon XP 2500+ , and i need a board to match. Which would be better of the two?...........seems like they're both pretty good. Please give a noob a little help...............Is this a good processor choice?

Good CPU, Mobile would be better for OCing, NF7-S Ver 2.0 better for OCing, I have the AN35N & would choose it over the Asus, its quite a bit cheaper than the Abit so if money is an issue, too many problems with the DFI boards to bother with them.
