6800gt or ultra with my rig?

I have a amd 2500+ oc to 3200+---- Will I be wasting my time with the ultra? or will my cpu be able to keep up with the gpu?

I haven't been able to find out where the break is on cpu vs gpu.

ie: min req. for the gt and the ultra or if it really makes a difference on the processer?

Get a GT and OC to Ultra speeds (close to Ultra Extreme), or an Ultra and OC to Ultra Extreme speeds or higher.
