problem wiith usb belkin bluetooth

wasn't sure where to post this topic, buy my bluetooth usb adapter's lights are on, and xp is making it coming up not working. Now, I had turned off some services using this guy's script (forgot name) and I bet the reason it's not coming up is because one of those services is shut down. What services do you guys leave on to have bluetooh work?
