Help I cant break 210X12.5

I have a Mobile Barton 2500 , abit nf7-s and kingston pc3500 hyper-X. I am hitting a wall right now at 210X12.5 even with 2V.I've tried lowering my fsb and upping the multiplier and lowering the multiplier and upping the fsb but I just can break through. Any ideas on whats holding me back?? This is my WC system in my sig

2.6 ghz is near the max I've seen the overall freqency with moblies. I'll be willing to bet this is your chip's max OC.
