"Deferring communitcation with project for 2 weeks" - Why?

One of my systems is "Deferring communitcation with project for 2 weeks". Does this mean it won't download any WU's for 2 weeks? The cache is completely empty. How do I fix this? Reinstalling it didn't help Changing the date helps, but I don't want to do that.

Projects Tab
Right click and select "Reset Project"
This worked for me yesterday when I got a
"Deferring communitcation with project for 1 day"

If the 'Reset Project' does not work. Then uninstall the previous and delete the
directory after the uninstall. The uninstall still leaves some files in the directory.
I would suggest that you also download a fresh copy of the 4.05 client. There
have been reports of some downloads did not complete properly which caused
some problems.

You will need to merge that computer with the new one that will be created
after you reinstall.
