Does Chaintech's VNF3-250 onboard Xear CMI audio better than SB Live! 5.1?

I just got this Chaintech VNF3-250 mobo with this Xear CMI Audio onboard aka 5.1-Channel AC'97 Codec..I'm just wondering does this better than Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 sound card? How does this 5.1 AC'97 compare to SB live? I got this card long time ago, like 2 years ago..

Bump, I guess no one has any experience with the 6 channel AC'97?

i also have the ac'97 onboard and went with the sb live...not very much of a noticable difference but i'd probably spend the extra 30 bux and go with the sb live again
