1) my mobo allows up to PC133 and my ram is pc100
is this possible (see picture)??

and

2) can i mix pc100 & pc133 on the same mobo and the same time??

Yes its possible to mix 100 and 133mhz memory.
Sometimes different brands and types of memory's do not work together well but its rare.
No idea why it shows 150mhz memory speed.
Its probably a bug with cpuid and the board.
