BH-5 Not Liking Voltage?

Just recieved my 2x512 KHX3000 which are bh-5 along with my OCZ DDR Booster. The memory doesn't seem stable at 200fsb @ 3.0-3.2v, but it's stable @ 2.5. Anyone have any suggestions?

what slot is the ram and booster in?

Well I'm assuming you're using an un-volt modded NF7 so when you bump your RAM voltage up it screws up the vtt voltage. You will probably be able to run 3.1 vdimm at most without a vtt mod.
