Upgrading my dual p3...

Need help...upgrading my dual p3...

I've got a dual 500MHz system with ATA/33 right now acting as my file server, game server, and video encoding server. I just got my hands on an ABIT VP6 motherboard with dual 370 sockets, ATA/100 and RAID on it. Does anyone know what is the maximum speed cpus that I can drop into this board. I read that it could take dual 1Ghz Coppermines, but can I drop faster P3 cpus into this board. I am getting the cps for cheap so that is why I am looking at P3 cpus.

Heres a link for that board. I have it, its nice I run 1.13 at 1.2 and could get more. Not sure what it goesw up to some are 133 bus and some 100, look into it.
