i have a couple of twinmos pc3200s, and D22A1BK-R2-4247 s fine with pretty low temperature.
D10_4247_C18_ED is also stable but mech runs hotter with it.
i can suggest you to read through that sen's post, and take the risk.
for ex, i could never boot more than 220mhz with abit's d25 bios.
every bios setting has an effect on stability and fsb tops.
some of the important ones i remember; all cachables disabled, spectrums disabled, cpu disconnect disabled etc.
