MEMTEST Error Free memory on 1 Mobo is giving me Errors on another Identical Mobo

Hello all i am building 4 Identical Computers the parts are

Soyo Barbones kit that comes with

Soyo Case

Soyo SY-KT400 DRAGON Ultra Motherboard (I contacted Soyo and they said it supports XP 300 0 with 333 fsb and it supports DDR 3200)

Soyo 400 W Power Supply

From Newegg

1 X Corsair 512 Meg Stick Value Ram

WD Hard Drive (JB800 i think)

Sony Floppy Drive

LiteOn DVD-Rom CD-R/RW

Problem

I tested all four computers with the same setup and same bios (each one has the same options enabled) and 3 of the four are memtest free for 1 day. The fourth one gives me like 100000 errors.

What ive done to try and fix it

Reset the Bios

Reset the Ram Stick in the slot

Reset the Ram stick in the other 2 slots (There are 3 slots in total)

Put the Ram stick in one of the other computers and its Error Free

Ive checked the Voltages in the bios and all the computers are the same

Ive checked the Temperature and all the computers are the same

So now i dont know what is wrong with the fourth computer...

Possibilities

CPU

Motherboard

PSU

Which one is most likely the culprit guys..?

Thanks in Advance
Eddie

ouch...all i could suggest would be to maybe try the CPU in the 'bad' computer in one of the others to see if that then gives memtest errors. Maybe the mobo and PSU as well.

Have you checked your volt rails to make sure the ones on the faulty rig are giving steady and accurate power?

good choice hehe, im not too sure if memtest runs anything through the CPU or not...i wouldnt really know to be honest.

Hope you have better luck with your next RAM

well my luck isnt so bad with the ram i dont think because all 4 work on the other mobos... it has to be the motherboard because the psu seems to be fine and i dont think a cpu influences these things........
