F@H version 2.0...soon?

It appears that version 2.0 of the client will be out soon.

The web site that is still under developement but supposed to be finished by the end of the week is at folding.standford.edu.

It looks as they are changine the way teams are set up and you have to register your user name. This ought to reduce the confusion when setting up your client. It appears someone has registered us already. This shows up under the team list

There has been some discussion on what is going to happen to past Wu's as they will be calculating them differently with new client.

The boards are at.

So, the only difference to the new version is that it will be easier to set it up to fold on a team?

Ah, don't worry about the html. You'll get used to the forums soon enough.

You're folding on all of those machines? That's great!

Lews,
The "www_overclockers_com 1347651766" you're talking about is our ID in another project at Stanford - Genome@Home. It's not Folding@Home.

Actually, I was the one who registered for our team at G@H a few months ago (under nick ZZZ). However, I'm the only active member in the team at the moment

To join Genome@Home, go to http://gah.stanford.edu (Make sure to use our team ID # 1347651766 when joining)
My idea is to run G@H whenever F@H's servers are down so no time is wasted.
