is this monitor any good?

I am planning on buying a lcd (300 dollars max) and this one is on sale at the local computer shop by my house

I am just wondering if anyone has used their products and if it is any good and it also has 16ms response time (is that any good) i play some game not alot so i dont really want any ghosting (a little is okay)

I get the feeling that they(the LCD manufacturers) found a way to make LCDs cheap. Not good and cheap, just cheap, and still seem good on paper. You probably have 30 days to return it. Prove me wrong!(Thus forcing me to get one)
