Seems Intel is really feeling the heat from AMD. In a way i am glad AMD has came on so strong within the past few years. Its going to a: bring down CPU prices and b: make each company come out with new technoligies faster.

Breaking it down:

1) dual core = nothing new
2) integrating stuff that is currently upgradeable = Bad Thing
3) Fact: Intel screwed up in their clock speed crazed-scaling.
