radiator/heatercore outside of case?

i realized i dont readily have access to a dremel and i dont feel up to drilling a 120mm hole in my case, which wont help the resale value if i decide to sell the case oneday......

i want to ask if i maybe able to put the radiator/heatercore on the outside of the case, and have tubing run to it via a PCI slot adapter like this

resevoir, pump would still be inside case....only the 120mm radiator/heatercore is outside, maybe sitting next to case...wouldnt it be better since its outside and thus more ventilated than if it were confined to the case?

It'd work, but I don't know if it'd be better. It certainly wont hurt .
