Talking ECS 848P-A P4-M 1.7 @ 2.4Ghz How-To

Easy mod if you don't mind breaking a pin. Just remove BSEL1 and the ECS 848P-A v1.0 detects 200Mhz fsb.

So thats 100% fsb overclock at 1.55v

Now if I could only change the multiplier

Been running SiSoft burn-in and the temp tops out at 41C

Seriously thinking of putting this in my AI7 to see what it can really do

Were you able to adjust the FSB in the bios or were you locked at 200 MHz?

Also what FSB to Dram ratios were available in the bios?

You can change the clock value in the BIOS on that board...I know, I have the same board. Go to the BIOS setup and look on the right at the top. It says something like Frequency/Voltage Control.
