Hey everyone, i need help. Im building a new computer and getting all of my supplies for newegg.com I want to build a great gaming computer for under 1500. What would be the best specs for under that much?
 
this should prolly go under general hardware...

but...

athlon 64 3200+
1-2 gigs of ram
WD raptor 10,000 rpm 74 gb
abit or asus mobo
9800 pro since amd doesnt have pci express yet so cant get x800, but u can always wait or get an intel system

yea you get the idea of what id aim for right now...but there comming out with some cool stuff pretty soon so u could always wait for some price drops and get some better stuff...

There is an AGP version of the x800.

Thats it, i got a couple questions, does a power supply come with the tower?
 
To run that GT you'd almost be better if you got a good 400W or better PS. I know it can run with a lower one, but being an OC'er I'd shoot for a good one for stability.
