Just did a DVD count.(Anyone got more?)

I just did a DVD count. I own 98 DVDs. I knew I had a lot, but almost 100? Crap. I buy 2-5 a week. I just bought almost everything that people recommended in that DVD thread, plus what I like. I'm still not done. I still have a ton of TV show-dvds to buy. ($38 a piece ) So, anyone have more?

Are you counting each dvd disc, or sets as 1, as my total will vary quite a bit based on this premise.

I'm just under 400 DVD but I also have about 50 or so VCD's. I stopped using the DVD cases for storage a long time ago and was forced to use a few of the 200 disk books. If you keep up on the TV show DVD's you will crank past a few hundred real quick. Most TV seasons are about 5 DVD's and if your like me as soon as you get one season of a series you need to have all of them!

I have about ~75. If I rent them from blockbuster I end up paying $15 in late fees anyway so recently I decided to just start buying them.

Now back to your other point I also use net flicks just to find the ones I would like to buy I don't watch much TV and I have been collecting / buying DVD's for a very long time (around the time a cheap DVD player cost $180) as for only watching a movie 3-4 times there are may I have seen 10-20 times I also have stuff for the kids ect.

There is a really cool used DVD/CD shop next to where I work called Recycled Records. Lets just say I am a regular, they have a $4 rack I am fond of. I will go count them later, but I may be close to 100.
