Does the Swiftech 226w pelt move 226w at 12v or 15v? I see the Umax is 15.4, just like the ones from Thermal Enterprises, which posts their performances at 15v. Overall the max power draw is about the same as Thermal Enterprises' 320w pelt, which actaully pushes 290w at normal operating temps. If the Swiftech pelt will push 226w at 12v, then even though it would be less than the Thermal Enterprises' 320w pelt at 15v, the greater efficiency (90%) would lead to a cooler hot side and therefore cooler cpu temps.
I have been trying to figure this out, but I have the suspicion that Swiftech is posting performances at 15v while hoping you think it is for 12v.
