Mobile Celeron or Celeron, which is better? Which socket?

What's better a Mobile Celeron 2.2 or a Celeron 2.6? Also does anyone know if they are both 478? If it's a 478 I'll just stick a P4 on there. Thanks.

Isnt the new celeron D the best? as it now has a fsb of 533 and 256k cache.
And it overclocks very well.
