If you set your FSB to 250 and your HT to x5, you're running your HT at 1250 which probably will not even boot. You should set it to x3, the default HT speed is 800.

If your ram runs stable @225 then you are almost at 2.5ghz with the standard 11 multiplier (11x225=2475)

You need 10x250 and defensive ram settings, try 2.5-4-4-10 or even more defensive. If you leave htt multi at 4x you are running 1000 which is over spec of the nf3-250 (but doable). Be sure to up vdimm to 2.8 just to see how far you can go.

If your ram does'nt play this game:
Try again if 11x228 is working 1:1. If not, well use a divider, theres no huge performance loss, you won't even notice in games and everyday work. Set Ram to 166 and try 11x288 again (ram is at 187,5). Maybe you can up vcore a little and even get a higher htt. At htt241 (with the 5/6 divider) your ram will be up at 200 again. For testing purposes just set 3x htt multiplier and 2T, those can be risen later again.

Ah btw i heard the 1000mhz htt on nforce3 is more achievable if you put some active cooling on the Mobo heatsink. If you have problems on this detail try this.
